How do I return an item?

WARRANTY All of our magic sing microphones come with one-year warranty. Warranty does not apply to any damaged products. If there is any damage or misuse (trying to open it and fix it on your own) the warranty is voided. Do not send your submic, chips, and song books when returning for repair. Just return the microphone. All cables/AC adaptors are not covered with the warranty and tampering with any microphone voids the warranty. If a battery is left in the microphone and the battery leaks the warranty is voided. If we can't repair it, will exchange it for you at no additional cost. If you just bought it and it doesn't work then will exchange it for a new one. We also offer you life technical support over the phone.

EXCHANGE If want to exchange item purchased, we will gladly exchange it to any item in this website within 30 days from the day it was delivered. The product must be in its original box with all the accessories that comes with it including in the box. If there is any scratches, the products can't be exchanged. If you have received free shipping on your order then you have to pay for the shipping and handling on exchanged item. If there are any items missing or damaged, you will be charged for the item (accessories).

RETURNS If you purchased any product in this website and want to return, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from the day it was delivered. You have to call us immediately and let us know that you want to return it. There will be a standard 10-25% re-stocking fee. The product must be in its original box with all the accessories that comes with it including in the box. If there are any scratches, the products can't be returned. If you have received free shipping on your order then you have to pay for the shipping. If there are any items missing or damaged, you will be charged for the item (accessories).

Please note that prior approval is necessary for all warranty claims, exchange and return Shipping costs for exchange, returns, or refunds, are paid by the customer when shipping to us and we cover-shipping costs back to the customer for U.S. orders. For international orders we must charge the shipping costs to ship the item back to the customer in another country.
